No SMS’s service since December 2023
Hi I’ve been a vodacom customer for over 20years. I’ve had a problem with not getting any SMS messages and OTP’s for anything. I’ve complained since December that my eSIM has not been getting any SMS’s but have not been helped. The service you pay for is not worth it. Also they say they are the best network in South Africa but I beg to differ. They can’t even solve my issue as a long time customer.
