No sms function and no one to fix it

Vodacom is the most expensive network, yet they give the worst service!!!! Their Sim card stopped receiving sms's and they say that you have to buy a new Sim to do a Sim swap, like it's okay to pay for their faulty product. No investigation as to why the sms function just stopped. After buying the Sim card and doing the Sim swap, still no sms function and now you have to wait for technicians to investigate. No urgency, no service. They just make you wait while they couldn't care less about their weak connection and the ripple affect of their services not working is affecting your life. I would not recommend this overpriced network. They bleed people dry of money and energy!!!
