No SIM Swap

I went to the Vodacom in Centurion yesterday to do a sim swap for a nano sim to use my iPhone. I was told it would take 2-4 hours for it to take effect and now it is over 24hours and I'm still sitting with a no service sign on my phone this is ridiculous. I am disappointed that it was mentioned it would be swapped over in a couple of hours and still nothing. I have a contract upgrade coming up and this will definitely affect my decision.
