No sim connection

So I've decided to go for a vodacom contract after a few years staying away because of previous bad service. Now again have the contract accepted and its now on the 2nd day and still the sim is not connected. Starting to regret it and lucky I decided to keep my pay as u go number because I use my phone for work. The shop where I took out the contract says there's nothing they can do. I must wait for a call from head office. The second day is about to finnish and still no call from them. This is the number of the new account ***. I will be availible on ***
