No signals

We are a company that uses email and data due to funeral arrangements that must be made. For the last 3 days we have no strong signals. Its shows 3g then edge then Hsupa. But nothing works even if it jumps between signals!!!! Fedup!!!! Oranjeville and Deneysville near Heilbron also experience same problems!!! Heilbron no signals!!! Please fix this
