No Signal / Poor signal

Since Sunday the Vodacom signal is on and off. You can't make a call it will drop. When You do a payment from the bank it just said "error on your side" and on the connection bars you can see 0.00 or 0.18. P Please advise what you are doing to solve this problem. Are you going to refund me for the days without internet? Or mobile connection? Don't say it is load shedding. You know there is Load shedding Why isn't there a plan in place?
