No signal no traffic and no help from Vodacom
It’s going on three weeks now that my download speed which used to be 10mbps or above is now mostly around 2mbps - and even drops down below 1mbps. I’m one of many who now rely on home internet for my monthly income. And have not been able to work for the past three weeks because Vodacom has done nothing. The problem I have is that two lengthily phone calls of around 30min to 082135 to log the fault have left me without reference numbers even though I was assured that I’d receive it by text within 24 hours. Vodacom. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and I’ve never had signal or traffic issues from where I live. Sort out the problem!

19 Sept 2023, 13:25Thanks. I got your email and rep**** with the requested information. When will this be resolved. Because I keep paying Vodacom and yet each day of these past three weeks that I haven’t been able to work - I am not wanting an income. My patience is thin.

You know what makes me mad - if I don’t pay my Vodacom bill monthly they will stop servicing me.
And yet I’m paying monthly and not getting the service I require. I am not earning money because they haven’t been able to figure out how to solve my problem. How hard can it be? The longer you take Vodacom the longer it is that this single income single parenting mother is unable to provide for her children. Thanks for nothing. You’ve just succeeded in making me irate!
