No signal, no help

A year ago i called the service department to ask what to do about me not having any coverage.

I checked online on the coverage map and I am on the border of where there is signal and where there is not.

They asked for 5 numbers of people with the same problem, gave them the numbers.

I offered to give them my GPS coordinates as I live on a farm but they did not seem interested.

What can i do so that I can get signal at my house?

I cannot wait another year for nothing to happen.

I have do drive 15km and sit in the middle of a field to get anything.

Please help.

UPDATE:

Was contacted by Faiek through email asking for a valid contact number to call me on.

Provided a number and a time to be called on but received nothing.

I have emailed Faiek and called Vodacom but was told he was in a meeting.

No reply and no call yet.
