No Signal in Robin Hills

I moved into my new house in June 2015, since then am I complaining about terrible the signal. Vodacom send someone out to install a cell extender in January 2016 after 6 months of complaining. It is now March and I still have no signal in my house. I cannot believe we pay for this terrible service. Vodacom advertise they are the best, but they cannot give you signal in Robin Hills. Ref - S3-8862K-KXUJK
