No signal in Germiston!

I reside and run my business from Delville in Germiston. The Vodacom signal is extremely weak here. I complained to them and was told they are aware and are thinking of erecting another mast. But today the signal disappeared while I was busy with clients. Even their phones were not working or dropping calls. I would like to know if I should also invest in a banner to complain before Vodacom does something about the signal here. Or maybe after 20 years I should change to another service provider.
