No signal in an well populated aria

Good day, I have been struggling with vodacom for over an year now, I live in an residential estate in Rustenburg and I have no signal at my house, there are over 200 houses in this estate and we dot get signal from vodacom, its also causing damage to my business since I can't call or work from home, this is disgusting do the even still have client service? I'll be sure to move my business elsewhere whenever the time comes.
