No signal during load shedding

Usually I don't have complaints, but this is rediculous.

The cell tower in Hennenman has no backup power and it's not being fixed. When we have load shedding, there is no signal. Not for Vodacom, MTN, Telkom or Rain, which means the town is disconnected from the outside world unless they use Cell C or fiber backbone wireless internet.

Many old people live here and are at risk of not being able to contact anyone in case of an emergency.

This needs to be fixed ASAP as it's unacceptable in the 21st century.
