No signal complaint

I have been with Vodacom for the best part of 30 years. I now seem to have very little to no reception all the time. At times I have to wait to get 1 bar reception to make a call and hope it lasts long enough. Incoming calls are also not coming through. The Vodacom tower in Spionkop Ave in North Riding has been down for a long time. Numerous complaints and requests to Vodacom has not resulted in them fixing this problem. Our reception in North Riding AH and surrounds is non existent. Vodacom used to be one of the best service providers but this is sadly not anymore.
