No Signal and Service Over Loaded

In Onrus and Herm**** the Vodacom signal, reception and service is pathetic and can't be used for communication or data transfer. It is pathetic. Your distribution system is completely over loaded. Your Agencies have similar problems as the users and business is suffering. Please correct
