No signal and horrible Customer service

In september 2015 I upgraded to a Note Edge. The phone was working fine until April 2016, when I started experiencing problems with the signal. The phone had absolutely no signal. I took it to Vodacom eMalahleni on 14 May 2016. I got the phone back on 30 July as they were waiting for parts. According to the technician they changed the antenna. When I collected my phone the camera lense was missing. (job # ********** 8). It still had no signal. I took the phone back to Vodacom on 6 August, it was sent for higher repair. I collected the phone on 16 August. The report states no faults found and the main board was placed in a new casing(job # ********** 6). The phone had no signal again. I took it back on 17 August and collected it on 24 August. The report was once again no fault (job # ********** 9). I then phoned Vodacom and asked them what I should do now, they advised that I should email higher repair. I attached photos showing that I still had no signal. They told me to book it in again. It was booked in on 26 August and I got it back on 1 September. Findings...no faults...AGAIN! I phoned them on 1 September and asked why there was no signal. They said that they will check the signal. Signal was fine regarding the sim. I eventually got 1 bar signal on edge. I phobed them and asked why I dont have 4G or LTE. They then gave me settings to change as the phone would not have 4G after repairs. I followed their instructions and installed the settings. After that the phone still had no signal. I tried calling them again...I was on hold for 45 minutes and then the call was cut.

I was told to do a software update. I have done this before and it did not work.

Im at my wit's end. I cannot keep booking the phone in. I am paying for something that I cannot use!!!!

I have been using a Note 3 whilst waiting for my phone and I have no issues with signal in my area.

Vodacom has not given me an alternative solution...eg. replacing the device.

This is unacceptable!! I feel that I should seek legal assistance to refer the matter to the appropriate forum for relief.
