No signal after years at same place, told to buy a booster or cancel contract

We have been long time (approx. 20+ years) business contract customers of Vodacom and currently have 4 business contracts. In December 2017, all 4 contracts were renewed as service delivery was fine and as expected. From January 2018, signal at our premises dropped to almost zero. From 4G/LTE and no problems with voice calls, to Edge (at the best of times) and unable to hold a voice call due to either disconnects or breaking up (either party not audible). An email with all the information was sent to Vodacom customer care on 24/01/2018. Lots of back and forth, promises of investigation eventually resulted in being told, "Go to a Vodacom shop and buy yourself a signal booster." You must be joking? For years at the same premises, we've not had a problem, all of a sudden you no longer provide acceptable signal (voice and data) and you tell me to spend more money to rectify it? A visit to Vodacom CS in Gateway shopping center on 09/10/2018 resulted in being told, either buy a booster or you can cancel your contract! I was quoted R5000.00 odd for the cheapest booster!! We are quite prepared to cancel all our contracts and say cheers to Vodacom forever. It is impossible to operate at our premises without signal, however, you better confirm that there are no contract cancellation penalties or costs.

I received a phone call from Dean yesterday early afternoon (13h27), confirming that he would send the cancellation request to the "network team" to confirm cancelling the contracts without penalties or costs and get this in writing and they would contact me. I am still waiting.

This is getting ridiculous! Our next step will be to take this legal route. No one is coming back to us, this has been going on since January!!!!!!!! You've been given an alternate number to phone, you've not called. We refuse to phone the call center and start the whole story again, this needs to be resolved today!!!!!!!!!

Yes, thank you, I was contacted shortly after my previous message. Bottom line, this isn't get resolved today and it could take up to 14 days to get a "team" out to the premises to test the signal. That's not what we asked for? We asked for that 10 months ago. Rest assured, whether it's now or whether we have to wait 13 months for our contracts to end, whether your "team" supplies a stupid booster at your cost or not at this stage, we WILL be moving to another network provider! Only possibility we won't is if Vodacom makes a huge gesture of goodwill to make things right now.
