NO SIGNAL

My husband and I have been a Vodacom customer for the last 15 years and have had my contracts at Vodacom as I believed them to be the better service provider in the country and having the best signal coverage. I have since come to a very different conclusion as I have been struggling with signal reception and it has become the bane of my life. I can't take calls at home unless I walk around with my phone in the air trying to get some reception. I struggle with internet and even on days when I work from home I can't work productively as my tablet cannot find strong enough signal to download my emails. I am now at a point of installing a wireless 4G router at home for work, and I had a look at the coverage in my area for Vodacom vs MTN vs Cell C vs Telkom etc and have found a big blank on the Vodacom map where my house / area is ito LTE. I am now forced to go to MTN and will take my cellphone contract there too seeing that they actually provide coverage. Note that I do not live in some rural area, I live in Randpark Ridge, a densely populated area in Randburg. I would honestly think that Vodacom (having raised their contract fees very recently) would at offer decent coverage.
