No Show RAM Couriers
I ordered a sim only contract over the weekend. On Tuesday I got a sms that it is out for delivery with RAM couriers. They never showed up. Same thing on Wednesday and today. I phoned to inquire where may package is. I waited on the line for 15 minutes. A lady eventually answered and told me she will phone the driver. I waited another 10 minutes and then hanged up. What type of delivery service is this? If I don't get the SIM by tomorrow, then you can cancel the contract. Vodacom need to chose their service providers better. Thank you
