I am trying to cancel my contract. I managed to get through once after being transfered 4 times. The call center agent told me someone will call me back as he is not the correct cancellation area.<br> I have not recieved any calls nor have I been able to get through to cancellation department since.<br> Also when selecting to go to cancellations department (option 2) it never takes you there, but rather to normal call center, then they transfer you to cancellations.... which does not go through and have been on hold for 20 mins + each time before I hang up. <br> Service is worse than Telkom's.... and that says alot!<br> Went to branch as well and they told me that I can only cancel contract on the 111 number... no help there so stuck now.<br> Bad service!!!<br>
