No settling amount no payment

I have requested twice already for them to email me a settling amount on my contract, which i only get a reply stating someone will contacting me within 24 hours....its been 4 days now and no feedback! I have sent a email stating to close my contract as well, well no feedback on outstanding amount! No payment on Friday
