NO SERVICVE

Hello Vodacom, we are still experiencing low to no signal in the Modderfontein Edenvale area and now every time we have load shedding, there is NO network. Your poor excuse messages you are sending out are unacceptable when other networks continue to have their batteries and backup power operating. As I mentioned on a Facebook post, you are no better than SAA or Eskom. Your service has deteriorated over the years which is very sad as Vodacom was once the leading provider. I would like to take you up on the offer you made me last year of getting out of my 24 month contract with no penalties or charges and doing as you requested, move to another network.
