No services but I'm paying

Vodacom is thee worst service provider ever. Took out a contract with them from November, have been paying since November but I seem to get nothing from them. I can't use the numbers they provided me with. I have went to 3 vodashops, called their customer service number a countless times but no one seems to help as I'm told the number given to me by vodacom is *****ulent. Their debit order runs every month for service that is not provided. I'm very disappointed to say the least.
