No Service - Vodacom is useless!!!!!!!!!

It has been 2 weeks we have been sitting with no signal, cant call, cant sms, nothing. We stay an a farm so if something happens to us we cant call for help or anything... Every time we call the call centers (from a town were we have signal) no one can help, or we get transvers between people the whole time... the last excuse was that Eskom does not give the tower enough power... Why doesn't it switch over the the generator then? (My Husband worked for Selmec so i do know there are generators to keep the tower running when its off? or does Vodacom simply not care? I am paying +-R3500 per month for our cellphones and internet to not be able to use any of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS no one can call as we have no service... We have installed a 2nd internet provider within this time to enable us to use our email and WhatsApp.
