No service Vodacom

I have a contract thats less than a year an my phone started having a reboot issue so was advised to book it in for repairs. Dropped it off on the 5th of Jan and have never recieved communication since then. Today I call to get a follow turns out my phone was returned to the shop without being repaired. When I asked why they said they couldn't get a hold of me. I've been going through my call logs and I have never recieved not even 1 call from Vodacom repair centre. They didn't even have a look to see whats wrong with the phone for a whole 3 weeks yet I am still to pay another 2 years of this contract for the phone. Very disappointed in Vodacom
