No service Vodacom

My wife has a laptop on contract with vodacom. About 2 months ago the screen went black. the laptop is still under guarantee until the end of march. I took the laptop to Chatz Vodacom in Carletonville. We where told it would only take about 3 weeks to repair and 6 weeks later I went to enquire as to what is happening just to be told the laptop was sent for repairs but was returned without being repaired. The manager whose name is luren Naidoo gave me a copy of an email from a Kyle Rhoda at a company called Digital planet stating that the laptop was supp**** by another company before they took over and they cant guarantee the laptop. Phoned Vodacom got the run around they cant help us can someone please help before the guarantee expires. Laptop is an ACER ESI, Serial num ********** 2466. My wife's name is Heather Anne Durrant.
