No Service/*******!!

I have been waiting for my issues to be resolved for over a year now!!?? Is there anyone at Vodacom who cares about your customers enough to sort any problems out? I have two top up contracts with you, one for my cell phone and the other for my Vodacom tablet, which is ****. It freezes and switches off, complete waste of money! You just keep taking my money and now you increase my fixed contract amounts, so while you STILL haven't bothered to sort any problems out, now you help yourself to more of my money!! ***** me over a bit more!!! Don't reply to this post with some generic **** about someone looking into my query or asking me to send my details.... I have heard all of this **** far too many times before over the past year!! You can go back into my history and sort it out! I have been a Vodacom customer for 18 years and am very ready to change after this past year, your service sux!!! Wake up Vodacom!!!
