NO SERVICE RECEIVED
I requested an order on the Vumatel website and Vodacom is the service provider for fibre installation however I was never contacted and the promotion has been removed ever since. I emailed the service provider and still have not received any response. The contract is supposed to be for 24 months at R99 per month. I have a screenshot of the promotion that was advertised and already requested to cancel with my other service provider because I'm interested in this deal. Was it false advertising as I'm waiting for more than a week no with no contact?
