No Service or Feedback

I requested cancelation of one of my contracts, twice already. The contract still hasn't been canceled. I logged a call on the 3rs of June and requested cancelation again. I was advised that the contract has been canceled and that a refund will be done. It's three weeks later and still no further feedback or refund from vodacom.

With this kind of service I am considering to cancel all my other contracts with Vodacom when they expire in due course
