No service or feedback

Yet again Vodacom have completely negated my requirements . Still have not had concrete feedback concerning my overcharges . send over 30 e-mails but nobody wants to come back to me , Now I have more ***** on a unauthorized upgrade on my account . Don't choose Vodacom !!!!! there is zero customer service and no respect or interest to resolve matters . The bottom line they don't care . Any other network will respect you more , DONT USE VODACOM !!!!
