No Service Once Again

I took my phone in on saturday to be repaired. the screen is ruined. so now they phone my husband, we must pay R1100 and odd rand. the phone has insurance and is still under waranty. not just the samsung warranty. i try to phone the repair shop on 011 869 111 (as per the internet) no answer. then I get the number fromAlberton Mall *** number is not workin. Vodacom has the worst service ever. why must I pay insurance, have a phone under warranty and still pay so much money. this is my 3 hello peter complaint to Vodacom and nothing ever improves. You charge ridiculous rates, and then still offer horrible service. get your act together please vodacom. really. i want this sorted asap. we need the phone back.
