No service, offline

Im an existing customer of Vodaco, trying to get another line through game, first i went into parow game to apply,vodacom was offline nearly two weeks, so the advised me to go to century city game branch, so i fill in another application on the 9.3.16,today i get a call from game century saying that they not sure why its taking so long as they sent vodacom emails but no reply,. I then contacted vodacom customer care, with no help from there consultant, there sales department is una vailable, how the hell is the sales department of such a big company unav ailable
