No Service - No Support - 30 years of Poor Customer Journey

I've been a loyal client of Vodacoms since 2004. in 2022 i reported poor network connectivity just 6 months after taking a 36 months internet deal. I took the router back to the store to test it and there was nothing wrong so i was issued a new sim. Still poor network , a few weeks later i was advised that due to the floods towers were down and there was no way to get communication resolved but it would soon be resolved. Neverthless someone from technical did eventually get back to me and stated that the netowork will be repaired and be patient. It went a few more month and the same issue persited. A network staff actually called and stated that we can cancel our contract if we like to, I found this bitter as i had 3 lines with vodacom including another 2 in the home.

in 2023 i was calling nearly everyweek with very poor response as you can never speak to a manager due to the call centre procedure on 31st Dec i managed to get a hold of a manager who promised me they would get the contract cancelled and resolved. to date nothing has been resolved. Vodacom has been harassing me with upgrade calls and cellphone deals yet there is no resolution. now my contract is up for renewal and i will still be billed even though i cant get a cancellation.

The network tester advised that since vodacom was unable to supply service they would have to cancel the contract yet over a year later i'm still being billed

There are numerous recorded calls and even reference numbers relating to this case yet no feedback or resolution. i actually had to take a contract with a competitor just so we could get internet usage.

Reviewer Update
Good Day
I trust you are well
Please note that I tried to return your missed call
The call went to Vodacom Customer Care
I was then asked to call *** . i did so and this went to switchboard as there was no clear line of whom to speak to as the caller did not leave a message, sms , email or even whatsapp.
The receptionist stated that there is no way to verify who called or whom to direct the enquiry to.
So i tried calling back but again poor customer service as my account number , ID number or even cell number may have been forwarded to your team that deals with these matters

Thanks
