NO SERVICE, NO STOCK,NO CLUE

This is a sad and pathetic state of affairs voda'con'. ( I upgraded in early Oct and was told my handset would be in stock by15 Oct by your call centre. I've now been told by your useless and inept facebook agent that not only do you not have the stock of this device but that vodacon has no idea when they'll get it!!! ***?! WHY BOTHER LISTING IT AS AN AVAILABLE HANDSET FOR UPGRADE WHEN YOU DON'T F***ING HAVE IT???!!! REALLY!!!? HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW WHEN YOU'LL GET STOCK FROM A SUPPLIER????? I ASKED WHY THERE IS A DELAY AND GOT A RUDE REPLY , " We have advised that we do not have an ETA on stock on the device". WHY NOT BE FORTHRIGHT AND SAY SORRY, BUT I HAVE NO IDEA WHY VODACON DOES NOT HAVE STOCK AND WHY THERE IS A DELAY. DON'T BU***HIT THE CLIENT! THEN THE GALL TO ASK IF I WANT ANOTHER DEVICE. NO!!! I DON'T!!! I WANT THE DEVICE THAT WAS ADVERTISED ON YOUR SITE. I MEAN WHO HAS TIME FOR THE INCOMPETENCE AND **** POOR SERVICE DELIVERY??? NOBODY. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. GET THE DEVICE THAT YOU ADVERTISED! (Iphone 12)
