No service No reception but keep paying

No service No reception but keep paying. Vodacom is *****ing money. We keep paying our contracts, but we have no reception in our Gariep area. Cell phone reception and Internet reception in weak when we have any reception at all!!!!<br> <br> We have complained for the past two years, every time different people (from vodacom) phone to hear the complaint, but that is as far as it goes.<br> <br> Does Vodacom have any idea of what they are doing?? I have my doubts about this?????
