No Service & No Care

This is now week four that we have limited to no signal, even the technician who came out in week 1 of complaining stated the tower is operating at 15%. We are a community in Mpumalanga running lodges and pay hefty prices for no service delivery, how are we supposed to run our business's or should we put in a claim for loss of revenue against Vodacom? Over and above this, we are in a rural area so should there be an attack on one of us we have no way of communicating so could very well be the next farm ****** statistic. It is about time that people in rural areas start migrating to one of the other networks as Vodacom does NOT care.

Again on the 3rd January and 4th January 2019, messages have been received stating issue resolved. The signal is still just as bad, no contact or feedback from Vodacom on what they did to supposedly resolve the issue. This is just testament to the lack of care Vodacom has for the man on the street.
