NO SERVICE, NO ASSISTANCE FROM VODACOM
My wifi router has not been working for days now, Vodacom has not been able to assist - they straight out told me they cant help me. I have also been informed that some of our accounts have been hacked and technicians are working on it , My mobile data works for 5 min and then it just stops working. I have about 20 gigs of data on router i cant access, that i have paid for and Vodacom is doing absolutely nothing to assist me
