No service just a recording and bad music

If you thought Vodacom had bad service .... try these chaps .. They play you a long message about efficiency ........ and how calls are recorded ......, but I cannot see how, you just don't get to speak to anyone and there is no call back service! We have a number of phones insured here, because we insure our company phones, but this is being reviewed
