No service in my area over 30 days
I live in Glencairn simons town, and work from home i have always had perfect reception up till just over 30 days ago i now have no reception at all... i have called the call center and they have apparently escalated it but still nothing has happened, i have been a vodacom customer for as long as i have had a cell phone, and i was shocked by the poor un helpful and uneducated call centre agent that could not assist me in any way. at this point in time i can not make or receive call or sms.. i pay 1200 a month and now i get absolutely nothing for it. My Cell phone is my form of communication and can not earn a living with out it. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in this matter
