No Service from Vodacom to cancel a Contract.
No Service for contract cancellation from outside RSA I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom Contract. I am not in RSA and it is impossible to call any number from outside RSA +2**********7 for cancellations do not work and any Customers services requests only reply with call **********. USELESS!! Otherwise you are send to Tobi and does Nothing for you. When calling +**********44 when you press Cancellations, calls are cut-off. What a Frustration!!! The e-mails do not work either and you can not find an e-mail address to send the requests to. I received an e-mail that I will be contacted. No Contact yet.

01 Dec 2021, 15:04I was told this 2 weeks ago but still No Call. Just cancel the contract and Donate the R400 Credit to charity. I have to pay every month and Vodacom refuses to cancel the contract.
