NO SERVICE FROM Vodacom ***** department-line does not work or cant get through ***)

I did an upgrade and sim swop at a Vodacom shop in the Centurion mall. The next day my number didn't work due to a new sim swop that was **********ly performed from a call centre in Vodacom. The Vodacom shop performed a new sim swop and also reported this case to Vodacom forensics and their Trade partner. My phone was activated but since this occurence no feedback was received from Vodacom Forensics or from the Vodacom shops Trade partner.

My phone was suspended again on 10 July 2017. I reported to Vodacom forensics. They confirmed that there was an abuse of the phone with a high usage of data and international calls were made. They assured me that my phone will be "White listed"and that accounts will do a refund. My phone was activated again.

On 26 July 2017 my phone was again suspended due to *****. The Vodacom call centre confirmed that the amount on my current bill is very high with the amount due at R12 000. The Vodacom call centre advised that I should go to the Vodacom shop at the Centurion mall to get it resolved. The Vodacom shop called into Subscriber collections department and was advised to contact ********** 530 (***** department direct line). This number doesn't work and cant get through to them. As per subscriber collections the number provided is the only people who can assist to unlock my number and resolve the issue at hand.

Due to the ***** department not answering their phone; the manager at the Vodacom shop had no further option than to escalate the matter via e-mail. I had to leave the Vodacom shop with my problem unsolved. I am very dependent on my phone in my business and am loosing income due to very bad service from Vodacom.
