NO SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Vodacom phoned me after my last complaint . My problem was discussed and they requested an email from my husband. He rep**** to the email and since then again nobody could reach them and they did not reply to the email. You are phoning and holding on and are requested to stay on the line to evaluate the service. WHAT SERVICE??????? There is no service, they dont even answer the phones let alone phoning you back. One thing is for sure I will cancell all contracts with them. I had enough of this bad service.
