No service from Vodacom Bluff

No customer service from this store... I was there 2 weeks ago to renew my contract, was told they offline and a consultant will call me when they get back online. A week latter I still get no reponse, called the store and spoken to the manager who promised to investigate my complaint and he will call me the next the day, another week has gone by still no response from him or the store.
