No service from Vodacom

I would once again like to help clients out there to understand that the Vodacom fibre section in the Brits/Hartbee****rt area has no helpdesk with answers, technicians on standby or service delivery of any kind to their clients. People out here are without internet for days at a time without any explanation or communication. Consider ANY other network but Vodcom! (Now watch them copy and paste a reply to say that they are sorry for any inconvenience and an agent will contact you soon - which will in fact never happen.)
