NO SERVICE FROM VODACOM

The service received from the Vodacom cancellation department is that there is actually no service at all. I am waiting for a refund for a contact that I cancelled telephonically with them but was not processed on their side. I have been in contact with various people telling me that they will sort the refund out but NOTHING gets sorted out. They are so willing to give you the contract but heaven help you if you try to cancel it. Avoid dealing with Vodacom. They are not worth the hassle !
