No service from Vodacom
<p>Have been unable to make phonecalls for past 40 days. Phoned and mailed Vodacom more that 12 times - they promptly phone back , waste your time for a few minutes and then nothing happens. Been going on for 5 weeks !!! Their technical department contacted me 4 times on my phone to ask me what the phone number with the problem is and then again nothing. . . . Really do not know what to do to get service. </p> <p>The best part is that my problem is that I cannot make calls or send sms - Vodacom keeps sending me a sms and I must let them know if Im happy with the service - you are misinterpreting my silence.</p>

Can make calls - just still sour that I had to turn to hellopeter . Also not nice that my airtime just disappeared and you only gave the airtime that I paid for in anyway .
Serious recommendation that you add room for a comment on your "contact us" page as one can then put all info on there instead of on hellopeter.
