No service for days
My Fibre has been down since Friday night. I called numerous times over the weekend, all agents told me that thete is something wrong with my line and there will be a technitian assigned with 48 hours. By Sunday the fibre was miraculously up, however since then, it has been up amd down every 20 to 30 minutes and comes on only when repowered for about a few minutes. Each agents afyer many calls tell me to do the exact same thing, switch off and restart.till kow, there is still no technitian . Fibre is still down

All he did was push the plug in said that is the problem and must call him if it drop. It dropped then i called him, he say he cammot do anything i must call vodacom again because its a new issue. What the hell is wrong with Vodacom?????? How much more worse can this get
