NO Service for 5 days over a long weekend

We live in a very small town Memel in the East Free state, Zamamdi is part of Memel. Since Thursday last week we have had NO service at all. We pay our very expensive contact every month but yet we have NO service. MTN Telkom and Cell C client have had no interruption during this time. For a huge company like vodacom this is a shame. We have NO choice but to move from this very Bad service.!!!!!
