NO service for 48 hours

We asked for out business contracts to be put on the prepaid option. We have now waited for 2 days, spoken to 4 different people. We are still without any service to phone out. Our contracts have come to an end and we have made arrangements for the outstanding. This is still business phones. Every time we are told there was an error...another 24 hours. ...another 24 hours...My business has been damaged for 2 days now because someone does not know how to put our numbers on prepaid and they do not give a **** about the money we are losing or the ****ed of clients that we cannot phone back. We are struggling as it is with what happend over the last 18 months in the world. Someone please sort this out,I do not want to wait "another 24 hours."

I'm hoping it will still be in this lifetime. No service for 96hours. What exactly is due course? On Monday I'm mailing the CEO. I've done this with Absa, Standard bank and Multichoice, seems this is the only way to get results from big companies.
