No service for 12 days
I am now without service for 12 days, yesterday at 13:22 I get a sms informing me that my query has been escalated to a solution expert, and 1 minute later, I get another sms informing me that my query with reference number 1- ********** ********** has been closed - thank you for your support!!!!! Anyone with any ideas as to where to from here?
