No service

I ordered some items from the Vodabucks store on Black Friday. And have still not received the items. It has now been almost 5 months 😡 I have contacted Vodacom numerous times. Yet the issue has still not been resolved. No response given when messages are sent. When phoning staff just say 'it will be delivered ' or we are escalating the issue'.

That does not help. Thank goodness the items wasn't part of the Christmas gift list.

This is ridiculous and beyond frustration. 😡
